Default Thinking of selling my MH900e #163

Ok I was one of the "lucky" original owners to buy one of these low serial nos. bikes, waited for months - felt like years after paying my deposit online...but it sits in my heated garage with only 150 miles on it. With the purchase of a firebreathing 999R racebike this week I am thinking of selling my MH and just gauging interest out there. This is a tough call as its a beautiful bike, but I have a limited number of bikes I can keep in my collection.

Details:

Added the Staintunes slipon shortly after receiving it and have the original

Removed the original mirrors and added a small clipon mirror that actually works! (still have orig mirrors in a box)

I have two new unfilled batteries that I intend to install sometime this month.
No issues with the bike whatsover.

All the additional items, plaque, paperwork and T shirt (never worn)

So if interested, I am willing to entertain Serious offers as I am not desperate to sell this beauty.

You can email me Ducatierv@aol.com if interested.

Cheers

Erv

why not keep it and have both. if you're not desperately in need of the cash or space i'd say start a small ducati collection. it's a gorgeous bike.

i just bought a sport 1000 and it's the kind of bike i'm going to keep forever, even if i move on to other ducatis.

ciao erv -
sorry to see you leave the fold of mh900e owners ... but if you have your mind made up, suggest that you list it for sale on the mh900e owners site board.

Then don't. Fill those batteries and start riding; rake up a few thousand miles and you'll never sell her By the way, excellent upgrades; I can recommend a few more

uh, ohlins with radial mount and mono bloc calipers. Some cooler corse style rotors as well.

Great news - good decision!!!

I've also ordered an Ohlins shock and steering damper and asked Dan of Kyle Racing if he can put together a group buy on Ohlins forks - the PS ones fit, but I would like TIN coated inner tubes too so perhaps if there is enough interest (5+ firm orders perhaps) Ohlins just might make some more of the type origionally offered for the MH.

Please look at: http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/Ducati_MH900e/ and confirm your intest there!
