Just kinda funny. I'm a parts dealer also so I know how it is to try and buy something cheep before it's all tricked out. After all half the fun is building the things and hey I bought it damaged. I appreciate your

though.

Hi Keith,
I was under the impression that you got it wrecked and I said that I wanted to buy it wrecked and would pay up to $4k for it and then I'd race it.
When you called back describing how you fixed it all up for me to race, it was obvious to me that you don't understand what shops to to bring wrecked bikes to the track. I wasn't going to buy R&T forks ... I was going to find cheap 916 forks off eBay. I wasn't going to pay big $$$ for a paint job, etc.
Calling me back excited to offer it to me "to race" is how you earned the tard comment. Personally, I like that you made a road bike out of it ... and it IS cool. Considering how much I enjoy rebuilding bikes, I'm sure you got some pretty good reward and satisfaction out of that. The fact that you made it nontraditional I think is AWESOME, as I appreciate thumbing the nose to Ducati snobs.
Oh, sorry for not replying sooner ... been moving the shop and sorta busy. And just cause one little act makes you a tard in one way isn't that much of a bad thing.

Good luck selling it... I ended up getting a virgin MH900e for pretty cheap. Seems the market is crap for used Ducatis.
