Default Looking for suggestions for wheel color...

I've got a 2001 748 with the stock 3 spoke wheels. The bike is red. I am looking for some suggestions for a color on the wheels. Over the years, they have developed quite a few scratches, and don't look too good.
Got a hook up on some powder coating, and now I need to figure out a color. My imagination is pretty boring, so I was just thinking of going with a semi gloss black.

Anyone else have any suggestions? Maybe with some pictures??

Thanks,
Nick

I just had mine powdercoated a few months ago- used semi gloss black. I'm very happy with the results.

Thanks guys!
Quick question thought, in the pic with the 3 spokes, is that high gloss or semi gloss?

Thanks again!
Nick

hmmm.....dumping three for five...saves you how much weight? or is powdercoating your three spokes better because it adds more weight ? hey just jabbing here...shut it

Trust me, if I had the extra cash for the new 5 spoke wheels, I would have them. But, I don't. I have a friend that does R&D in the powdercoating dept for a major company. He is going to do them for free for me. I just have to have the old paint stripped off.
So, as bad as my wheels look right now, I think I would rather go ahead and have them powdercoated.

Black wheels, rock. That's why I love my red 05 999. Just remember, once you go black....

They say once you go black, you'll never go back...but I gotta say it...I did. And of all colors...WHITE .

White is freakin sexy...especially against the red. Keepin' 'em clean is a small dilemma but rather simple to do with a bottle of wheel cleaner and a hose.
