My initial feeling was butt rockish, then a feeling of tribal overwhelmed my senses.
In all honesty, its next to impossible to tell without it being on the bike. That will make it or break it.
damigguds: couple months, but there was a miscommunication and a problem to fix; yours should arrive pronto.
Turbo329:
I like them. The paint is a good match for OEM.
I haven't installed them yet. Long story. Don't know if they match OEM side fairings.
They are thinner and lighter, but I haven't actually weighed them.
I'd buy another set if I had to ( track crash). The reasons I've delayed installing are a) I'm a Master Procrastinator, and b) they look so nice there in my living room. I'm playing with ideas to add a bit of Italian Flag green as borders and accents.

Oh, gee, it looks too Japanese for you? Dayum. I'll put them out by the street for trash pickup in the morning.
For anyone who's interested in bodywork, the racersden.com product seems well made, is solid color throughout the thickness and the base unfinished option takes sanding, paint, decals and clear coat well.
I'm sorry, I don't have reports yet on whether it fits interchangeably with OEM body panels. It is thinner, an so will require washers or shorter fasteners.
Stung by the "too Japanese" sentiments, I asked my painter to add some Ducati/ Italian Flag green to the pieces.
Eight weeks later, he dropped them off at my house. When I got home from work, I nearly lost my dentures. He obviously thought I said "Kawasaki green."
Now I'm the proud owner of a 749S DucOndaSaki.
Screw it, I mounted the plastic and I'm going to Roebling Road tomorrow for two track days with Frank Kinsey School. Pix to follow.
Further feedback on the racersden.com product;
The panels are very light compared to OEM's; they fit on perfectly and without drama. All the predrilled holes were located just right. I transferred the quick fasteners from the original bodywork, except for the tab on the bottom. They left one hole undrilled, obviously so the new owner can locate it properly on his bike. I didn't try adapting the racersden.com side panels to the factory upper fairing, but I'm guessing they would. The race type upper fit right over my headlight brackets, so I simply unplugged the fuse to make it track ready
I bought a set from Racersden.com 18 months ago for my 748, they took a few months to arrive because stock was unavailable.
The paint finish was crap, they needed heavy buffing but eventually came up. They're much lighter (weightwise) than the original but the quality.. well you get what you pay for I guess.
I was impressed and I would use them again because of the price. Saying that, the finish and neatness of the panels are not up to OEM standards.
My advice - buy your Duc, take all the panels off, replace with Racersden and do as much riding as you want.. when it comes time to sell, put the originals back on.
