Default Came home to these in a box from Colorado Springs

After my Sept. crash I sent all my body work off to Morse Racing in Colorado Springs. Every piece except the nose is the original body work. If I had just bought new side panels, tank, nose tail section, etc. the insurance company would have totaled my bike even though there was no frame damage, engine damage, or wheel damage. The pics can't show how slick the finish is, but it is entirely void of orange peel. The red might be a shade darker, but it is a true red and not an orange red. Since every piece was painted at the same time it all matches and I have my bike back. I sent Morse factory decals and they are cleared over just like before.

Is the stuff on your bike yet....? If not, "get 'er done" and post pics.

Is the number plate paint or does that come as a factory decal?

The white on the tail section is paint. Both now and from the factory. The dark gray metallic pin stripe that separates the red and white is a tape stripe that gets cleared over.

Today is the first day I wasn't at work and the sun is out. Here is how it came out.

My new clutch set up.

And here are a few shots of what it looked like back in late Sept.

Looks great Phil! I love the speedymoto pressure plate and cover!

OT but your dig camera does some strange stuff to the color red when you're under artificial light.

Thanks Patrick, you're right, the color of the bike in the garage looks pink. I did get a new digital camera for Christmas and it's what I used on the shots of the bike outside. What's really weird is the newly painted parts are actually a truer red with less orange than the bike was before. Out in the sun though I really like it.

The only piece that is new is the nose fairing, everything else was redone buy Scott Morse at Morse Racing. He can be reached at http://www.morsefiberglass.com/

Yeah that's just a great shade of red phil. New camera appears to take some really nice shots. I just got a new snapshot style dig camera just a couple of weeks ago and it makes the red of my AC sled look weird as well.

My dad's is!

When I pass a green f-cat on the trial I sometimes wish I would have opted for the green. Oh well, that just means that I can actually wear my sled jacket in public. That green, outside of the sled world, makes you look like slimer off of ghostbusters.
