It wouldn't surprise me to see something like that wandering the streets of New Orleans, er, I mean, sitting outside a club... It seems as though the only type of bike allowed to be sold in Orleans Parish is the 'Busa, it's all you see around here.

The only thing I can think of would be to screw some studs into the tires and get some of this action...

put some sand paddle tires on the rear and that would be a deadly beach toy.
