Donīt know if this one is really racy, but you might like it. 4h endurance race in Oschersleben 2007. Conditions were... well... questionable

Out there, war was raging... a lot of trash being produced.

But - we survived No podium though

Hahahaha

We're like those old guys in muppet show, come winter and we can't ride and the whining starts LOL But this no-riding period gets on my nerves too, so I totally understand Ben.

As for that rear "kind-of-wet-used-to-be-wet-racing-somethingthatlookslikeatyre-thing".... looks nice, it tells a story I guess of what happened earlier on the track, good job tearing it apart

Now I need to make a cup of coffee and whine some more for not having my bike ready....

I'll post some ugly ones then so you can go and study instead of lurking here

So... remember that gsxr guy that made me stand up entering the "S" ? Here are a couple before that incident. 1098S, 996R and my 999, both guys are fellow ducatisti and also amateur racers. That was fun ! (I miiiiiiss it )

And since you'll be probably still around (and not studying ), here are a few old and ugly to make you go away

(first one is from my first ever track day on the 999, the next is a couple of years ago when due to an accident I was left with no bike for several months but glad that I still had good friends, that's a Moto Morini 9.5, Great bike too ! And the last is just to make you go away to study, friends showing off before a race: 1098S-999S-999-996R...)

Learning pause, yay!

Awwww man these pictures are like salt in the wound. Somehow this thread is a little masochistic during winter time, isnīt it?

The pictures are awesome! Three Ducks in a row and even then 3 generations of them. Very niiiice!

Cool tent you got there. Theyīre a good addition to the track day and race accessories.

Please stick to the Ducati and dont buy a Morini. That thing is ugly... But better riding an ugly bike than not riding at all.

You definitely need to post more - peu á peu

Now my turn again.

Good times mid summer 2008, Sound of Thunder races in Oschersleben.

I really like this sideview picture where you can see how the rear shock is compressed under heavy accelleration. Makes me believe that R had a good engine

Unhappy

Track-o-holic still and the weather here is only getting worse Although good news is that the bike will be ready at the end of next week.

So here's one from the '07 6h endurance race. Gassing it on the exit and trying to just hold on

P.S @ Ben: I would love to see more pics of that 999 with the full MotoCorse exhaust...(pleaseeee)
