That is Janelle Pierzina off of the fastdates calender. I had that picture since 2003, and the only reality show I watch is Big Brother. I knew there was something familiar about one of the contestants, and sure enough it is the same Janelle that was on last summer on BB6 (she didn't win but was by far most popular with fans).
