Well, I got my Hyper and HOLY EFFING S this thing is a blast. It's quick as all get out, as long as you can keep the front wheel on the pavement (it's quick with the front up to, but I'm not there yet) and the handling is telekinetic. You think, it does. I've had some faster bikes with more top end, but they've all had to wind up and they're a pain in the neck on the street.
This bike is proof that horsepower takes a back seat to torque on the street, a little useable power is better than a lot of power that you'll never get to The full Termi system is incredible, but I think the most over looked accessory has to be the Evo slipper clutch. It's perfect for this bike and makes it so you don't have to worry when you down shift. Anyone who says slippers are useless on the street is full of it. With the slipper, down shifting is just one less thing that you have to worry about and this bike is all about no worries. Go to you dealership and get this bike now.

I pick mine up in a week....adding it to the stable of 3 other Duc's (1098, 749s, 996)......The wife hates me for buying another one, but I'm thinking I'll get over it once I ride the thing! I'm looking forward to it.

Picked mine up last Tuesday, damn it's fun. I'm actually paying attention to the manual for break in for the first time ever. I cannot wait until it's over to really enjoy the torque the Hyper put's out.
