Default 1100DS motor powering the hypertard?

Whats the most I can realistically get out of this thing with open pipes, filter and tuning?
I'm all but set on a superduke but the hyper S is not letting me sleep, just worried I'll be wishing for more power after dropping 14k on this bitch.

105hp
max
without opening the heads...
but just an educated guess

i think the most you could ever hope for and the most i have every heard from a 2v air/oil cooled ducati is 116hp in the NCR's (new blue and oneshot). but just forget riding 116 everyday, it would be so tweaked the heat and behavior would be hideous in any sort normal city traffic.

Those bikes are based on the 1000DS, not 1100DS. The 1100 motor doesn't have a lot more hp than the 1000, but it does have a lot more torque!

105 is about what I expected, which will be fine with a healthy torque gain, anything over 75ftlbs would be pretty sweet.
Geared for a top end of like 120mph, accelleration could be very brisk.

I'll bet quite a few guys have they're 1100 multi's set up already, wonder how it feels with the displacement bump over the 1k?

Omega, the Superduke will have a pile more stomp than the HM, IMO the HM is the much nicer looking bike and will certainly be more simple being air cooled.

Have you taken a Superduke for a scratch?, they have more grunt than a paddock full of pigs but aesthetically I don't think they look as sharp.

I want that 1100DS motor for my sport classic. That'd be a nice upgrade.
