I like the production wheels MUCH better than the prototype ones.
Brakes are very cool.
Is that an exhaust "powervalve" type set up I see right below the seat?
I love the tail light and turn signal set up.
They stayed true to the integrated signal/mirror in the hand guards.
Dry clutch!!!
About the only drawback is that the price of the S model is awfully close to that of the (insert name of 4-digit superbike here). I'm just going to have to not think about that, and realize that it's a frikkin' DUCATI, and logic, reason, and practicality have to take a back seat to "I want it!"
I just can't get over this big old ugly grey cover on top of the tank, what where they thinking but then on the other side a carbon replacment will be a good seller .
I received word from Italy yesterday that the production has not even started so the supose to be delivery date for March does not look to great since Europe get's the bikes before hand.
This reminds me why I have buddy's over there and a good friend at the DMV on this side of the pawn .

I imagine they're a little busy with the intro of the new superbike. I'd like to at least see some more details about the HM, but I'm guessing they're still working on final production specs.
All I know is, I love the way it looks just as it is, and I think it's going to be an absolute hoot to ride in almost any situation. I'm picturing this bike becoming my most-ridden machine...
My dealer told me yesterday delivery would be the end of April or more likely in May. He already has deposits for 14.
Your dealer may be in trouble unless he is planing on delivery at the end of 07' since every dealer will only receive very very few of them in the begining.

The only reference I've seen to any actual (or alleged) specs is on a blog that somebody at Ducati.ms linked to. If these specs are actually true (and they seem to be listed the way Ducati usually does it), then you've got a dry weight of 180kg (396 lbs.) and seat height of 845mm (33").
