Of course after placing my order for the minimum of 4 custom JE 853cc forged pistons (94mm) last month, I decided to buy a friend's '98 SPS a few days ago. Pistons have now arrived and they look gorgeous. They are 94mm, higher compression (12.5:1), and have slightly larger valve pockets to accommodate the 30/34mm oversize valves I planned on using with them. Weight is 316 grams for each piston (415g with pin/rings/clips). So, here's what I got;

First pair of pistons and big valve heads/cams SOLD

1 full 853 hi-comp kit ready to go. The second pair of above brand new forged pistons/rings/pins/clips, along with clean 94mm cylinders, the oil cooler used on the 916/996, and the braided oil lines with all fittings. Everything you need except head gaskets (I do have one of those for sale too, btw). $800 shipped.
