noobie question...which years were the non-testastretta engines? Which years will the tool work on? Thanks

It will work on your 01 996 unless its an SPS (or is it the R, which ever version came with the 998 engine). I'm pretty sure it will work on the 851/888 series, all years of the 916, 748, 996, ST4 (s), S4, S4R. I believe that is it. Will not work on 998, 999, 749.

It works with the testastretta engines. Set it to 2.5 just like the others.
