250F changes?

I want to sell / trade my YZ450F for the smaller machine, either a YZ250F or CR250F. I'm looking for a used bike, are there major changes / revisions in those models from the years 2002 to 2005? thanks.

The '05 YZ250F got the new suspension, they also have the most reliable engine in the class.
