Default Charging problem on a 03' wr250f any ideas.

Hi all: Anyone had any charging problems with there 03 250f? I have a bike that is supposed to be going to Colorado this weekend and it has a charging problem. Bike has a new regulator and seems to be putting Ac volts to the regulator from the stator but has no DC volts going to the battery. Battery has 12.3 volts with bike off and 12.0 with the bike running. There are 2 plug in diodes in the harness do these do anything with the charging system? Anyone have any ideas?????

If its producing AC and no DC its got to be a rectifier problem or bad diode in the circuit or the rectifier is not getting power.
