www.rockymountainatv.com has had some good reviews on some other boards for service, price and selection. Might also try NewEnough's dirt section.
Oh yeah, go Amy!

I am well on my way towards my 5% discount from Rocky Mountain this year. They are, in fact, the most excellent source for dirtbike accessories in the world.
I am a big fan of their Advanced Rider Coverage (A.R.C.) line of gear - I got a top-of-the-line set of pants from them for $20. Can't beat that with a stick.
They just aren't running any deals on women's gear at the moment.
Donelson's on the Rock Road has a couple racks with kids, womens, and mens jearsys, pants, and protectors on discount. Or they did last I remember. Dunno how they compare, but you might be able to get some sizing atleast. Unless you've already been there too

My wife ordered Fox jersey, gloves, pants, and pads from NewEnough.com, mostly because they have a great no-hassle gear return policy, even on their closeout items.
She ordered boots and a helmet from Iron Pony because they had the stuff in stock at a reasonable price.
As a guy, I'm constantly amazed at how hard it is for women to get motorcycle gear that fits. It's not just pants... boots and helmets seem to be a real problem. To my wife's chagrin, when she does find stuff that fits, it's always pink or purple or powder blue - she hates that.
Anyone ever been to the Iron Pony store in Columbus OH? It's incredible. The place used to be a WalMart or a Target - now it's a motorcycle accessories mall. They have everything. Every freaking thing that you've ever seen in a catalog, they have in stock at that place.

Tell me about it! I refuse to wear all the "girly" colors. Women's stuff usually doesn't fit me either. They always have short legs or short arms, or the fingers in the gloves are too short. I end up buying men's gear.
My wife ended up buying all Fox gear - pants, jersey, pads, gloves, helmet.
She was very stylish on her first dirt outing.
Not only that, but she rode the snot out of her new TTR. She had been on the bike for five minutes before she started taking it over jumps. In 45 minutes, she was riding the open trails, cornering, jumping, crossing creeks.
Before lunch, I saw her cross a slick, muddy ravine, and get cross-rutted at the base of the climb out. I cringed. She gassed it, and power slid that bike sideways up the hill until she was free of the ruts, and rode off like it was her job.
I have never seen anyone ride like that on their first time in the dirt. She makes me feel like a total spastic.
I pulled our gear out of the bag this evening. Mines all muddy and nasty. Hers, not so much.
