Default Can't Get an Iamge To "Pop-up"

I have been trying to get an image to automatically pop-up. I have not had any success. I tried putting the [IMG] tags, didn't work

Go to http://speedzilla.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1 and check Cutter's instructions.

After you upload an image to http://www.imageshack.us/, you can simply copy the code on thier page where it reads "Thumbnail for forums (1)"

When you paste that code into your message here, it will look like this:

I'm still having a problem, but only from Jessica's computer.

I used the [img][/img] code, just like I've been doing for 7 years, and instead of the actual image coming up, it comes up as a hyperlink flanked by "[img][/img]".

The URL is a proper one, there are no spaces or anything to screw it up, and I tried it in both upper- and lower-case to make sure it wasn't case-sensitive.

When I used the image icon on the screen, the image itself showed up in the text box, but when I submitted the post it still came up as a hyperlink.

This is what I mean...

There should be a picture of a yellow R6 here. (If you click above, you'll see it) How is this code wrong???

[Okay, screw it. It works here, but not in the Street & Track forum. Posted it the same exact way in two different forums, and got two different results. HUH??? Then I went back to see if I could edit the one in the S&T forum, and when I hit "submit", it told me I posted too many images (uh, that would be ONE image) and wouldn't let me do it. Dave, is this one of those "bugs" that will be worked out eventually???]
