Default WTB Condor wheel chock

Like the title says... I'm on the look-out for a Condor wheel chock for next season. If anyone's looking to divest, let me know.

You might as well buy a Baxley Chock. they are much better than the Condors. A couple of my buddies use the Condors at the track, and they seem to be way more hassle than the Baxley's. Just my

+1 for the Baxley, I just ordered a second Baxley Sport Chock for myself tonight from Indysuperbikes.

I use mine on the trailer, the garage and in the paddock if I am not running tire warmers.

Can you explain this statement? In what way are they more of a hassle?

Sure, I can explain it. I have helped several buddies unload their bikes out of trailers, or out of the back of trucks and the stand always seems to be grabbing the front tire and the bike doesn't dislodge itself easily from the stand like the Baxley does. its just my opinion, but after seeing both models the baxley is designed way better if anything just in the ease of use. That's all I meant.

I have two Condors in my trailer and I've never had a problem with dislodging my bikes or issues of anykind setting them up. Simple to operate. The two chocks appear to have similar mechanicals.

I had one incident with my Condor, but it was my fault for not tying the bike down properly because I was in a hurry. Nor did I tie the front wheel down to the chock. I hit a major pothole or two in Santa Cruz, Ca. and my bike jumped out of the chock. I was late for a dinner appointment, you know how that goes. Actually it was more of a problem with my a tie down releasing that caused the problem. Otherwise, the chocks have served me well for the past two years.

To be honest, I really didn't perform a comparison of the two. I just went on a recommendation. I'm sure the Baxley is a good product. I do recall looking at some of their literature and talking to someone there. All I remember is the fact they push religion in their marketing, whatever.

Thanks to all who have volunteered information and testimonials.

I just snagged a used Baxley (LA chock) on e-bay.... should do the trick.
