How are these helmets sized in comparison with Arais? Round or oval?

I read somewhere that they do run a little smaller and there are also differences in sizing for the Japanese market.

Nonetheless Awesome graphics and a good price.

by the way, in that third pic, was he able to save the bike from that mean slide?

i actually think he did save it!
the sizing is very similar to the arai rx-7rr4/5 helmets
very different from the older ff-3/4s

we have sold many ff-5s and people love them,as they are as good as the shoei x-11s and rx-7s but cheaper(the prices for arai and shoei are pretty inflated, especially outside japan)

Hey Simon, if i wear a medium in Shoei and in Arai, would it be the same sizing? How long are they going to be releasing the helmet for, since its going to be very limited?

For the helmet in the third picture (the red and black with japanese characters), are there other accessories for this helmet? for example like a nose mask that shoei sells to keep the visor from fogging up?

Also, do you have a gold mirror visor instead of the chrome or blue iridium screen? Do you have any pictures of the visors?

hi mate
M in the FF-5 will be similar to arai, and shoei(but shoei have a different forehead shape i think. The OGK is "organic"like arais....)
they are limited edition, maybe only a few hundred for each model.after they are sold they wont make anymore in these schemes
only chrome and blue iridium and smoke(light and dark smoke)
Ill check the options

heres a pic of the iridium screen

The GP helmet order is placed so I guess I will see it sometime in July or Aug. Let me ask you a questiion out of curiosity Simon, will there be any kind of customs brokerage crap going on with this helmet? Nothing else I have ordered from you has every gone through that mess, but the Suomy I bought from a dealer in Canada did.

Default replacement visors?

I have an ff-4 and as much as I would like a new ff-5, most of my money goes for gas and tires. I do need a visor, though, so I went to your site but couldn't find any visors separate from helmets. Do you not sell replacement visors for your helmets?

on this page we sell visors

MOTO-WORKS.JP | OGK HELMET "FF5"
but only for the ff-5 models
we can get any part etc for the ff-5,but we dont sell any FF-4 or earlier model parts sorry
best to ask the dealer you bought your FF-4 from as i believe the ff-5 and ff-4 have different screens

Hi Simon,
I recieved my ff5 gp helmet today, from Japan to Texas in 5 days, not bad timing!
I have to say honestly, the pictures do not do it justice. And its about the same weight as my Soumy Bostrom rep, and a tad bit more sung, but that maybe because its new.It actually fits really good once over my mongoloid head.Props to you Simon, another satified purchase from you. I kinda hope in my own mean way that they are sold out already so I dont see another one like it anywhere near me

Chris

There arent many LTD helmets left according to OGK,so maybe you wont have to worry about that!
