nothing more than having it set up by an Ohlins tech for my weight. so far i have not noticed a need for anything more. if i keep it though i'll throw an Ohlins on the rear and an ATK rework up front. seems to the way to go.

Default Trade or sale

Mike,

I thought you loved the bike. The 926 is all fixed up and I'm trading it to a friend in Canada for a 1965 250 deso cafe racer. I just picked up the KTM line and as you remember I love the bikes, when I took you on a ride to my house to show you my 888 when you first tried the 750 I was on my KTM SM it's a 520 with a 3mm (550) over bore and a hot cam along with lots of other stuff. I can get you a new KTM SM or a used one I know of several, call me and lets talk, I'm sure I can find what you want. I may part with mine, but we are taking 12 people to the Copper Canyon in Mexico in Feb for an 8 day ride with the Rosens Rides group and may convert the bike back to a dual sport since I have the dirt wheels, brakes and all the other stuff.

Call me

i do really like the bike but the Supermoto bug has bitten and i have 3 tracks within 40 mins of my house. it will be cheaper and easier to do SM and just as much fun.
i'm close to a deal on a 450SMR with a guy in Chicago. will know for sure this weekend.

Mike,

I have a friend with an 06 560 who may be interested in a partial trade, and I would work a partial trade with my 525 with the 3mm overbore. I can also work out a trade on a new 2006 KTM, I am a KTM dealer now and we can work out something if you are interested. Call me there are some specials this time of the year, KTM will not bring in any 2007 560s. and the 690 will be availiable in the March to May time frame. I have 15 Hyper Motards on order we expect delivery in the late spring, the S model will come frist followed by the standard, we have deposits on 6 so far, I saw the Hyper and I ordered a Hyper S for myself. The Hyper will be an 1100cc about 400 lbs, the S will have full Olins, single sided-10 spoke very very very very cool.

Ed

Well some may call it a "pig" or a anchor, but it's one of the fastest pig's I have ever rode. 04 650R Honda :KTM comp wave rotor,KTM (breaking) calliper, brembo 19mm radial pump,O'hlins front and rear suspension T4 full exhaust , renthal bars and bark busters. I have tracked this bike a time or two, and after all the scoffing of the guy's running the 450's and the 510's and 525's they all seem to take a second look at my bike , and say something like this: Damn, I thought those things weren't supposed to be compettive ? or I though those things were supposed to be slow ? with GOBS of torque and a top end of 120 MPH this bike will cruze all day long without a problem (not like the 450 CRF and YZF pukin all the oil out on the road from over heating ,not having a extra oil resivoir) I use this bike in the early spring ( when theres still load of sand on the road from winter) and in the fall when it starts to cool down( Canadian here ) I do love this bike, but a change is as good as ...
......well.......a change O and just because it's yeller, don't mean it's not a Honda ?
