2003 Kawi Z1000, 3k miles, Black/Red Stock 4 sale

After 15 years of street riding, I've decided to hang up my leathers for awhile. Due to having a baby this year, and picking up a few other hobbies, I've ridden this bike three times this whole season Consequently, I only have 3, 336 miles on it.

Anyway, I bought this bike new in Sep-04.

It's the stock black and red color scheme.

Mods:
1) Filled the handlebars with #8 shot to stiffle vibrations
2) Reupholsterd the red seats with black marine vinyl which is water proof (used to do this for a living, so it looks really nice)
3) Frame sliders (extra long ones)
4) Goodridge front and rear steel braided lines

The bike did tip over in my garage on the right side. Slight damage includes small ding in tank where turn signal hit it, turn signal lense cracked. Amazingly, the handlebars, pipes, etc have no damage.

Comes with owners manual, clear title, rear seat & cowl, two sets of keys.

According to KBB.com, Retail is $6040 and Trade-In is $4165. I'll go half way and ask $5,100 obo for it.

I've changed the oil three times and use a synthetic petroleum blend Golden Spectro 4 oil.

The bike runs great and will make a nice addition to anyone's garage.
