May trade for a Ducati, too.
But I think it's time to clear out the garage some, and since I'm more apt to spend my time on two wheels when the weather's nice enough to take the FJ out, and since neither are suitable for car seats ... well, suffice to say selling the Cruiser will not only make room for more bikes, it'll help finance the next one too.
So here's the deal:
1972 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40
(the following pictures from when I picked it up, circa '98-99):

- Stock 258ci I6, 3spd 4x4 (twin shift), canary yellow
- New (as in 0mi) 33x10.50x15 SuperSwampers on black RockCrawler rims; fullsized (matching) spare included. *NOT* shown in pics above
- 99% new brake system: all drums, shoes, springs, 8 wheel cylinders (two per), master, S/S braided and all new hardlines (except the one across the firewall)
- New clutch
- Rebuilt steering, w/ Old Man Emu stabilizer in stock location
- Uprated Bosch Blue ignition
- Convertible, no hard top (bikini only), four point roll cage. Doors have been trimmed and sealed (no window glass or upper frame). The tailgate has also been welded in place.
- 3" lift
- Remote battery connection (frame-mount junction box, forward bumper deck), includes cables
- Includes some new uninstalled parts including:
- new poly gas tank
- OEM taillights
- Hi-Lift mount
- Also includes tons of documentation:
- factory chassis manual
- factory drivetrain manual
- Haynes, a handful of other stuff
- Other stuff, I'm sure i'm forgetting ...
I've had this truck since 1996/7-ish, and it has lived in a garage for all but a year of the time I've owned it. I just don't have time for it anymore, ultimately. It runs good, and my only issues were the current gas tank (hence the poly replacement) - and that's just out of paranoia - and the current exhaust set up. It has dual pipes run out the back and it sounds great, but they put the muffler directly above the rear pumpkin (dumb) - it's not a mechanical issue, but it's not the smartest place for it either.
I'm asking $3500, but I'll consider offers, and trades if it involves a Ducati! Possibly some other motorcycles. Try me.

The truck and I are both in central NY. PM/Email, etc
