This is certainly not the way i had anticipated events in my life to play out. I had just bought this 03 2 weeks ago with big plans for it. Well, unfortunately for me i need to get my money back for some very important, and pressing, medical issues.
I'm not looking to make a cent here. I just want to recoupe my expendetures. That's why i'm looking for 4,765. However, if somone want to pay more i will gladely accept it. This price also includes some parts that i had already ordered and are on their way to me now. I will work with the buyer any way i can to assist in shipping, but it is ultimately the buyers responsability. I can usually get better rates than most in shipping.
On to the bike. It is a clean and clear titled 2003 RC. Currently the miles sit at 1002. By the price listed above i'm sure you figured its been down. The get off was not very bad. Clipped a small street sign.
What it needs to be ridable.
1. right clip-on(i have that coming to me now)
2. right rotor(bike still rolls, but you can hear the rotor press against the pad at a certain point, so its not bac but will need to be replaced)
3. clutch master(somehow the cup partially dislodged in a funny manner and won't go back down, so really all that's needed is new o ring and a good strong hand to press the cup back down)
Additional stuff it needs to be road worthy.
1. stay
2. upper
3. front blinkers
Additional stuff it need to be mint.
1. right radiator(this one still operates perfectly with no bent fins or crushes).
2. new snorkel(old one has small blem)
3. right headlight
4. right fork(nothing functionally wrong with the one currently on the bike. it just has a little bit[very minimal] scuffing)
5. right rear blinker pod(still works and is in one piece)
6. tank and plastic set(although they are good track pieces and look somewhat presentable for the street at about 10ft away)
........Oh, the seat cowl and inner v fairing are mint........
7. lower triple has the right bump stop poped off
I believe that is all it requires. Also to note, the right clip on(or street sign that was clipped) put a minut dink in the frame. I was going to cover it up with some satin black paint i have that matches the frame coating perfectly. Then i figured i would leave it be for the new owner to look at before anything was done. I don't want to be accused of hiding anything. It's really is minor though.
Well, i think that about concludes everything. If you post up your email addy i can send you pics of the bike. Thanks for taking the time to read all the way through this. If you don't want or need this bike could you pass along the info to someone who may. Kind of getting pressed into a tight spot here.
Cheers
EDIT for an update......I now have (or is currently on the way) the clutch master, clipon, mirrors, headlight, stay, rotors, pipes, and some other odds and ends. Bike will be fully ridable once i get around to installing the gear. Price still remains the same for the bike, but i will charge what i paid for the pieces i bought/put on the bike. If you don't want them you don't have to have them...i can put the broken ones back on.
