RC51 and BB Vtwin ride/MotoGP event July 22nd - Sunshine Coast

I am tentatively putting together a RC51 meet/ride and live US GP MotoGP viewing event. Primarily to finally get as many RC51s together (finally!) but it is also open to big bore twins (SV, VTR, Ducatis...etc) Here is the preliminary intinerary:

Date: Sunday July 22nd (MotoGP Laguna race)

Schedule:

Leave Church Parking 08:30 (D) to

HorseshoeBay ferry terminal gate 09:00 (A)

Leave HS Bay at 09:35 (D) and finally to Langdale 10:15 (A)

Meet at Sechelt, Teredo Square 10:30 (A)
5710 teredo street, sechelt, bc, canada - Google Maps

Leave Sechelt DT at 10:45 (D) for ride to Earl's Cove 11:30 (A)

Short rest stop at Earl's Cove ferry terminal and return to Sechelt 12:00 (D)

Arrive at Teredo Square for Lunch break 13:00 (A)

MotoGP viewing 14:00

Go home (or if you wish, second boot to Earl's Cove) 16:00

Food: I am trying to arrange for Peppercreek Pizza (the best Pizza on the Planet!) or Old Boot.
Peppercreek Pizza and Pasta

Drink: ice cold soft drink will be provide. Anything else is a 1/2 block walk and to be self served.

MotoGP viewing:Board Room with AC, washrooms and seating provided
Big Screen projector with live feed provided

Cost: Nothing but share of food and drink. $10 or so.
