Nick, I could tell you my horror story of new Ducati ownership when I pick up my 851, and the first few years of ownership,(I was really impresed with the shop that gave me my bike back after dyno runs and him telling me 70bhp is normal only to get home and find no coolant in the bike) 13 yrs ago there were fewer dealerships or independent shop that are in my opinion a better option. let alone infomation on bulitin boards such as this, if you ask nice there is a great network of ducatisti around that will help don't give up once right there is nothing like a duc.
