I've been using this formula for a few years now on & off.
Last time I tried BT003's front & rear, but didn't notice much of a difference so now I'm back to 003 front & BT016 rear for best compromise of wear / performance. These have different compounds depending on area of tire, so they grip& also wear well.
One time I had an absolute idiot Benz driver do an emergency stop on the highway (for no reason) with me not too far behind. My back wheel was off the ground as I braked. No drama at all. Was glad to have the race tire on the front.
They don't last too badly either (Sorry, I don't make notes on when I fit tires and how long they last). Have heard lots about Michelins, mostly on US forums, but I'll stick with the Bridgestones I think.... I'm happy with them.
