Slightly off topic, but I'd thought I'd share this.
Randy Renfrow (may he rest in peace) suffered a motorcycle road racing accident, and his thumb had to be amputated. He selected the option of having his toe amputated and attached as his new "thumb" on his injured hand.
After that, on occasion he would say "You win thumb, you lose thumb."
True story.
