You are completely right about the roads. My property is on Hwy 14 about 2 miles south of the Buffalo National River. Have your ever been down 14? It kicks butt. From the river to my property, there are 14 turns, all under 70 while dragging knee and with only 7,000 people in the county, not much traffic, and no crossroads or driveways. Can you say private race track?
