You shouldn't stop working on your bike, just find a friend that has good mechanical sense and tools if your lucky. Its cheaper to learn than it is to pay the dealership. Use this incident as a learning experience to read the manual, doudle check it and make sure the poper tools and parts are on hand before you start. There are plenty of people on this forum in CA and alot of them will bend over backwards to help out, especially if it comes to wrenching on a RC.
