Hell yeah. Nothing you're planning here is irreversible. Even if you change nothing else do the flapper and PAIR mods, go 1 tooth down on the front sprocket and fit the PC - it'll be a much nicer bike to ride. If you ditch the OEM airbox and fit the Turnone with a custom map made the mid range on the SP2 will come alive.
After that suspension ... which is probably where you should have started ...
