I'd call the local H dealer and ask if they stock all sizes and how much do they go for. At most you would need 8 shims but I doubt you would need more than 3. Make sure you number them right when taken off and double check the gap in 3 am positions and take the same caliber with you to measure the ones you buy, in case your instrument is off.
Just because you don;t hear a tick doesn't mean they are within spec, they may be tighter than normal and not tick. With an aftermarket exhaust and all that gear whining I doubt anyone can hear a valve tick.
Chances are that if your bike runs clean and this is your first adjustment by running good oil you may not need to do this for an other 50k
