But once the raw casting is completed the front bearings need to be machined, the rear eccentric, and several other bolt holes need to be drilled and tapped. All to some degree of accuracy off of a casting.
I would assume you would have to sacrifice one to establish where these things are. Either from an original or thru trial an error.
Lots of competent people out there can do it (other than Larry), they all charge though.
I would love a Magnesium Swingarm, don't have the money right now though.

i have a machinest next door who does all this this guys castings. they were machining 10,000$ somehting or anothers today when i was there. this guy has been casting metals for 30 years i am sure a swingarm is not that difficult
i will have to get a final price and i would mostly need cusotmers lined up as i am not going to fot the bill for $1800 swingarms i can't even use without at leats 6 people with money ready
