Hello all!

Been trollin a LONG time. I can finally post after the 6 month wait.. lol.. NEway..

Background: SP2, 14.5k miles now. Fair amount of mods. (Thanks CBR400!), and I have the manual.

My question: Is it advisable to replace the gasket under the valve cover when I go to check my valves?

I ask this because when I went to order them from my local Honda shop, they tell me that they are "re-usable". (Coming from a kid who is old enough to be my own)

This, for some reason, thru-up a flag in my head, and want the knowledge/experience of you guys.

Also, I would like the recomendation of sealent used for around "corners" of the gasket at the cams, if needed..
