Been here since a babe - 50 years. It's a racket. California needs a complete overhaul. I don't know the details enough to say exactly what needs to be done though. I'd probably start with the innitiative process, and then government pensions...,and of course, illegals. Then legalize weed. Better yet, kick everyone out who came here in the last 30 years  .
