Question R&G Slider problem

I don't know if any of you have had this problem. I had an off on my SP2 which mangled the right hand R&G crash bung. On closer inspection the actual R&G engine bolt is bent on the right side. Where the alu collar bolts on.

The problem is I can't get the engine bolt out!!

I've got the right hand bung off, the right hand alu collar off, loosened off the pinch bolt, but I can't get the bolt out of the left hand side of the bike.

I'm wondering if the original alu spacer has seized on to the R&G engine bolt??

Any advice would be most welcome. (Other than I should've got Durbhans )
