As to the member that has the image of the RC eating the duc, I would at least ask the guy for permission or throw him a few bucks if you want. I doubt that he would sue anybody, but again, if somebody made money, that might change... I would probably be pissed if I created something only to have somebody else profit off it.
All that said, I think I'll be getting a garage poster made of this picture:
