Man I can't believe it.. again.. how many years have we been hearing, that any 600cc from 2000\01\02\03\0? and Up, will smoke our RC51?! Blows me away

Anyway man... I am VERY surprised (As this is a Track\Race RC51 only correct?) And you're not running a Thorsten\TurnOne AirBox?!. .
FYI...> You are missing out on some killer beneffits brother! Dropping approx.7+lbs from high up, right under your fuel cell, which becomes your AirBox cover LOL And,.. and,.. not to mention the real Nice Boost in HP.

Anyway, thanks again for this video and info., Do the AirBox mod., You Will thank me later.

Peace
Thanks bro! It was a street bike when I bought it last December, and just became a track-only bike over the summer.

Building horsepower had been the name of the game when I first bought my Mustang 7 years ago, and was the main point of focus on that car. Now that I'm turning corners with RC, I feel the need to concentrate on other areas first, mainly suspension and brakes. I've done my research on engine mods for the RC and I've seen on Hord's website just how much an aftermarket airbox and snorkel is worth on these bikes. Over the winter the only power related thing I plan on doing to the bike is having it custom mapped. The bike came with the 2-1 exhaust so if I come across a SP2 header I will probably pick it up so I can get the duals back on down the road.

Other than that, rear suspension, steering damper, brakes, and maybe battery re-location will be my main point of focus. If I have the bike long enough (without wrecking it ), eventually an airbox will find its way on there!
