Lemme see here, you (a Canadian) from a nation with scoialized health care that is a dismal failure and going bankrupt (by your own nations admissions) are gonna tell US how it's done? Are you seriously thinking the Feds can run a health care system better than say, the Post Office or the IRS? I wouldn't trust them to run the S.P.C.A.! And the part about "us all together, all around the world......" Sounds like a Pepsi commercial from the 70's, bust out the accoustic and rock us some Kum-Ba-YA while yer here......
