I'm running the Durbahn scoops with 1 x fan removed and have similar issues. I'll be installing some front mount rads I bought a while back but if I was keeping the side mounts I would definitely stay with the air scoops but bin the OEM fan and mount 1 x 5" SPAL push fan instead.
