Lots of people have put superbike front forks on their SS's. Difference is the fork mounting diameters, SS's have 50mm upper tube diameters vs. the 53mm on the SBK's. You have to either bore out the SS upper triple to accomodate the SBK forks or get a new upper triple clamp designed for that mod. Cycle Cat used to make them, and I think Speedymoto does now. Add new clip-ons for the bigger upper tubes and you should be set.

You might check on the brake offset on the RS, if I remember right those have a 15mm offset (on the disc rotor) rather than the 10mm used in most other 748/916/996/998 sbk's & the supersports/monsters. You could always just put the RS front wheel & brake assembly on there though.
