Well, I don't know if I would state it that harshly but yeah, you are exactly right. Haga was battling a weight problem and
DECIDED to take diet pills to help him keep "in fighting trim". It was his decision, his choice.....the active ingredients of these pills were listed on the box....one of those ingredients was a banned substance.....he may be Japanese but he can read and he, after years of professional competition, knew the rules. If he failed to read the label, well.......sorry, but ignorance is no excuse. I have always really liked Nori as he was riding the snot out of the R7 when I first started to follow racing and was a big Yamaha fan and followed him closely and cheered him on week after week.....but, ultimately, life is about choices and choices have consequences. His decision, his choice.....the penalty was both fair and proper. Why are we having this discussion anyway?
