I have nothing to do with this conversation at all, but I cringe when I see this statement, "customer is always right". The customer is not always right and when they are wrong they should own up to it just like a business should when they are wrong.

That statement has turned into an attitude that customers can do whatever they want with no consequences - maybe this one is a good example - but I don't really know what happened so I won't go there.
