It's basically a bolt with a flat head that is encased in fiberglass or resin, it will come with a nylon or stainless steel nut. Your over flow bottle will need to have a mounting hole in it and you would then put the bolt/stud through the mounting hole and secure it with the supplied nut. Because you are mounting to carbon you will want to use the fiberglass stainless stud to prevent dissimilar metal contact and reduce the chances of getting any corrosion.

I also found this while looking at another supply shop. It's a stand off mount with a 360 degree swivel on the end that you would use with a tie wrap. So you could go with one of these and put a tie wrap around the neck of your overflow bottle.
