Default Regulator Woes
95 SS900, regulator cooked on me.
Got a new, supposed replacement from the local ducati shop... so far so good. had to change the wiring a bit, ok. Now I go to fit it, the bloody thing does not physically fit where the old one did. Its a 999 B/03.
When I say it won't fit, the bolt holes on the new one are wider apart. I thought I would get one to line up and drill a new hole, and use a washer set up to fix the other side, but now, that would be too drastic for both bolts (wouldn't trust it). Has anyone else had this problem, and got a fix.
