First thing to do is check the A/F! Thats step 1. The DP ECU isn't great.
My 748R motor ran hot when I first got it, even though the plugs weren't white, a simple re-map resolved it, never had an issue after that.
I've not yet done any endurance stuff, so I don't know how my bike will react. In fact, the longest period of time its been on the track was 15 laps or so... Mind you, the temp always stays regulated during my laps, so I would assume it would stay the same during an even longer race.
I've been in 40C racing, never had an issue on track. The moment you slow down, EEK! The blue light on the dash blinks (falcon dash) telling me my water temp is over 100C.
