Phillip Berg who brought the lawsuit used to be the DEMOCRATIC attorney general for Pennsylvania. It is not all a right-wing conspiracy. I thought the truth were what liberals wanted from Bush? How about Obama now?
Obama's Kenyan grandmother and other family members have said they remember his birth in Kenya, whether this is true or false is the question. She should have a significant self-interest in not holding this position, or at least lying about it's truth now.
The Governor of Hawaii has refused to let media examine the COLB. This is a fact. There is also some questions about which hospital he was born in Hawaii.
BTW, to another poster asking about his mother being a US citizen makes him a citizen is true. But the requirement for President is a
naturally-born US citizen. This means physically born in the US or one of its protectorates. John McCain was born in Panama, but he was still naturally born because his father was in the military and thus the base is considered US soil.
If Obama was born in Kenya, he would not be eligible to hold office. Simple as that.
