Really? Sealing what I believe is a public document? Why would he do that? Not sure if the act of sealing the document "circumstantially convicts" (my term). Is this fact or a rumour?
Next question is, would Obama be considered an American citizen even if he was born offshore? I'm not too clear on the detail of his father so I'm hoping someone can provide some clarity just to satisfy my curious side.
