The main thing that is done is the elimanation of the thermostat and union junction with sensor(coolant) that is with it. The corse harnees always you to install this senser directly to the right side cylinder wall and plug in there. Of corse you need open belt covers for access. Although my rad looks stock its actually an early corsa piece were the top pipe bends to the side,not down like a stock one. You would also need the "Y" pipe I have or the 955 that runs outside the frame.. If its a stock frame you need the one like the 955. A corsa frame mounts both coils on the right hand side of the frame to make room for the,inside of the frame plumping run.
As is typical for just about anything corsa/RS , it takes a bunch of parts to make one system run. I,m also afraid most of the 996RS parts are just about gone now. If anyone in the US has them it is AMS, but you WILL pay for it.......
