The point to killing dogs was to show that the dreaded ar/223 isnt a very deadly round. Ive never shot a dog...they run too fast
You do show some good points, and thank you for pointing out that more laws wont make us any better. If the current laws were followed and policed you would see a difference. The only thing that needs to be added is the the gunshow loophole, seems kinda odd that a bad guy can walk out with a gun from a show, but not from a shop.
