....the issue was resolved successfully. The seller refunded the purchase price (not the shipping in both directions) and I have accepted that.
I have learned something more about a engine parts. And, maybe, about buying with too much trust and not enough [stupid] questions.
I hope someone else looked at the photos and learned something from them.
